How can I shop?

To purchase your desired organic skincare products you can visit our web page by clicking our URL link, or you can give us your orders through our social media and WhatsApp. 

How do I search for the product I want?

To find out your required products, there is a search bar on the website where you can directly search the products there. Once you search the item you can see the other variants in that particular product as well. 

Orders

How can I change/cancel my order?

We are pleased to give you advice that once you placed the order if you placed it by mistake, or you entered the wrong discount code or it can be any reason you can DM us about the cancellation within 24 hours. We will cancel or change your order from our end. 

How can I track or can check the status of my order?

Once you place the order, we take 24 hours to update your tracking status on our website. After 24 hours you can track your order from the section called "Track Your Order"

What if I mistakenly type my wrong pin code/ address??

No worries in this situation, our team is here to help you as well. Before dispatching the order, our team member calls you as confirmation call in which we confirm your mention Pin Code, Address, your ordered items and payable amount. So there is no chance to be wrong. 

What if I mistakenly mentioned my Phone number/email address wrong? 

Your contact number should be 10 digits, your email should also be correct because if you write it wrong so there are chances that you might not receive your order confirmation through email/ phone number.  If you don't receive any email or call from our side within 24 hours, then you can contact us on Support@organicsparsh.com/ call us on 9650326511. 

Returns

Why there is no return policy?

We don't have a return/ exchange policy. We are pleased to tell you that once you accept the parcel that will be not returnable or exchangeable. if you received the broken product or the wrong product. We refund your money back for that particular item. In this, you can Mark us an email or call us related to the same 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

How many days do you take in delivery?

We take 5-7 working days to deliver your products, this is our maximum timeline you might get your parcel before the timeline.

What payment method I can use for payment?

We have all the options available you can place your order as Cash on Delivery (COD)/ Prepaid. You can totally go with your feasibility.
